Ajah dey attract younger middle-class professional wey no fit afford Lekki Phase 1 — banker, oil worker, government contractor. The character na "Lekki affordability" — same expressway access, similar gated-estate model, lower rent, but with longer commute to VI and infrastructure wey still dey catch up.
