The Yaba campus sits on 3 acres of Methodist Mission-owned land in continuous educational use since 1879. Facilities include the original 19th-century assembly hall (restored 2001), three academic blocks (a two-storey primary block, three-storey junior secondary block, and senior secondary annex), three science laboratories (physics, chemistry, biology), a Methodist chapel used for daily and Sunday services, a library (~8,000 volumes with a small heritage collection dating from the 1900s), a computer laboratory, an art room, a home economics room, and sports facilities (a netball court, basketball court, small football pitch, and hockey area). Power on grid + 80KVA generator + partial solar (installed 2020). Water from LSWC pipe with onsite borehole backup.
