Normal Delivery (Vaginal)

Vaginal delivery including antenatal visits, delivery, and postnatal care. The single largest medical expense for most young Lagos families.

Caesarean Section (C-Section)

Surgical delivery. Includes surgery, anaesthesia, hospital stay (3-5 days), medications, and newborn care. C-section rate in Lagos private hospitals is 30-40%.
