Wellington College Ikeja is one of the newer mid-market hybrid schools in the Ikeja Anthony/Maryland corridor — founded 2003, established but not old. The school targets families for whom the Chrisland/Grange fee tier is a stretch but who want more than the affordable-tier options can offer in curriculum and facilities. Wellington College was founded 2003 as one of the newer mid-market hybrid schools in the Ikeja Anthony/Maryland corridor. Facilities include a three-storey primary block, two-storey secondary block, three science laboratories (physics, chemistry, and biology in dedicated rooms), a 300-seat assembly hall, a small 15m swimming pool used primarily for PE lessons, sports courts (basketball, volleyball), a 6,000-volume library, a computer laboratory, and a music room. Power on grid + 100KVA generator + inverter backup for lighting. Water from LSWC pipe with onsite borehole backup. School buses run from Anthony, Maryland, Palmgrove, and Ikeja town.
